A useful note does not need to be finished, but it should usually be relational.
That means:
- linking to adjacent notes
- using tags sparingly but intentionally
- pointing toward a map of content when a cluster starts to form
- leaving room for future revision instead of pretending the first pass is final
This is especially important for notes derived from RAW intake. The transformation work is not only cleanup. It is also connection-building.
When a note becomes a stable reference point, it starts acting like infrastructure for the rest of the garden.
